国家教育部在综合各方面因素的基础上,于2003年4月制定了新的《普通高中英语课程标准》。笔者通过对农村中学具体教学实践进行粗略的调查、研究和探讨分析后,认为目前新课标并未得到很好贯彻。
Based on the comprehensive consideration of various factors, the Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China formulated a new “Standard of Common Senior High School English Curriculum” in April 2003. After the author conducts a rough survey of specific teaching practice in rural middle schools, after researching and analyzing, I think that the current new curriculum standards have not been well implemented.
