本文用FORTRAN语言编写的电子计算机程序计算了14种氧化物在加速电压为20KV,出射角为18°实验条件下的α因子表.并通过对若干二元系统和氧化物为端元元素系统的计算,指出了C/K—C的关系不是直线.讨论了在使用Albee等人按照线性关系计算出的α因子进行氧化物定量修正时,所引进的误差以及使用这些α因子应该注意的问题。
