目的分析老年急性结石性胆囊炎患者腹腔镜冶疗的时机选择及中转开腹手术的因素。方法选取我院收治的153例急性结石性胆囊炎患者,根据手术时机的不同将患者分为A组(发病后48h内手术)、B组(发病48h后手术)、C组(抗感染治疗2~4w后行择期手术),对比三组患者的临床资料,探讨其中转开腹手术的因素及选择腹腔镜冶疗的时机。结果B组手术时间、术中出血量、中转开腹率和并发症发生率均高于A组和C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);同时A组的中转开腹率显著低于C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);单因素分
