国有企业在发展过程中加强企业员工队伍建设,对提升企业市场竞争力具有十分重要的作用。国有企业需要注重自身产业升级,实现可持续发展,这就需要企业提升自身综合能力。文章对国有企业工作人员队伍建设存在的问题做了分析,提出了提高国有企业自主型员工队伍建设对策,为提升国有企业自主型员工队伍建设质量打下了良好的基础。
State-owned enterprises in the development process to strengthen the building of enterprise staff, to enhance the market competitiveness of enterprises has a very important role.
