在很长一段时期内,上海市中小学一直使用的是“学校与家庭联系手册”。这种手册主要是学校向家长报告学生在学校的学习成绩与品德行为,在人们的心目中,它实际上是一份“学生的成绩报告单”。20世纪90年代初,为了有利于学校全面实施素质教育的评价与考试制度,上海市试行了中小学“学生评价手册”,用学生的“综合素质评价”代替了原有的“学生学习成绩评价”,这比原来单纯的“学习成绩评价”有了很大的进步,有利于促进学生的全面发展。但随着素质教育的不断深化,曾经受到学校、家长欢迎的“上海市学生评价手册”已不能适应学生全面发展与个性发展的需求,在此背景下,由“学生成长记录”代替“学生评价手册”也就成了必然趋势。从2004学年开始,本市将开始实施《上海市中小学生成长记录册》,这份成长记录册是在前几年试行的学生评价手册的基础上,吸取了各区县对学生综合素质评价的经验,同时借鉴上海市学业管理与评价研究所和黄浦区中小学进行的“中小学生成长记录”研究实验的有益成果而产生,更加注重过程性评价、学生自我评价及多元化评价,关注学生差异,开发学生潜能,促进学生整体素质的提高和个性健康发展,形成学校、家庭和社会一体化的教育格局。本期特组织有关学生成长记录册的专题文章,其中既有领导、专
