经过3年多起草、论证和修改的《乌鲁木齐市邮政管理条例》和全市人民见面了。它不仅是乌鲁木齐市历史上第一个专门以邮政通信为调整对象的综合性地方法规,而且将邮政通信规划与建设,邮政管理与服务,社会保障和社会监督工作纳入了法制轨道。该《条例》的颁布,使乌鲁木齐市邮政法制建设得到进一步完善,必将有力地促进乌鲁木乃至全区邮政通信事业更加快速健康的发展。邮政通信是社会公用性基础设施的重要组
After three years of drafting, demonstration and revision of the “Urumqi Postal Regulations” and the people of the city met. It is not only the first comprehensive local law and regulation specifically targeted at postal communications in Urumqi’s history, but also incorporates postal communications planning and construction, postal administration and service, social security and social supervision into the legal system. The promulgation of the “Regulations” will further improve the legal system for postal services in Urumqi and will surely promote a more rapid and healthy development of postal communications in Urumu and the region.
