联邦最高法院是美国司法权的最高象征,除了来自于宪法的权力(司法管辖权)之外,联邦最高法院更是由于自己确立的司法审查权而备受尊崇。本文通过对联邦最高法院司法权能的分析,以探究联邦最高法院在美国社会中发挥司法功能之原因所在。
The Supreme Court of the United States is the supreme symbol of the jurisdiction of the United States. In addition to its constitutional power (jurisdiction), the Supreme Court of the United States is highly respected for its own right of judicial review. This article analyzes the judicial power of the Supreme Court of the United States to explore why the Supreme Court of the United States plays a judicial role in American society.
