文化产业是广西“十二五”规划中所重点扶持的产业,而其发展离不开金融产业的支撑和保障。本文从马克思主义角度,通过考察广西中小文化企业的货币资本循环情况,发现了在这一过程中广西中小文化企业在各个循环阶段中所存在的资本问题,并针对各循环阶段的问题分别提出了开发合适信贷产品,改进完善金融服务,推进建立现代企业制度,扩大直接投融资规模,减少流通费用,加快周转速度等解决方法。
The cultural industry is a key supported industry in Guangxi’s “Twelfth Five-Year Plan” and its development can not be separated from the support and guarantee of the financial industry. From the perspective of Marxism, this paper investigates the circulation of money and capital in small and medium-sized cultural enterprises in Guangxi and finds out the capital problems existing in various stages of the circulation of small and medium-sized cultural enterprises in Guangxi in this process. In addition, We will develop appropriate credit products, improve and perfect financial services, promote the establishment of a modern enterprise system, expand the scale of direct investment and financing, reduce the circulation costs and speed up the turnover rate.
