[目的]探讨影响中药质变的因素及贮藏养护、防止串味的方法。[方法]对我院常用中药进行调查分析,总结可能引起中药质变的因素,分析相应处理方法。[结果]本组调查研究中,影响中药质变的因素有:温度、湿度、空气、日光等环境因素,虫蛀、中药自身性质等。日光、湿度、空气等环境因素引起的中药质变显著高于其他原因。[结论]药房管理人员需保持库房干燥、通风、清洁,密切注意外界环境变化,及时调节室内温度及湿度,根据药材性质分类保管,专人保管,可减少中药质变的发生。
[Objective] To explore the factors that affect the qualitative change of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and the methods of storage conservation and odor prevention. [Methods] To investigate and analyze commonly used traditional Chinese medicine in our hospital, summarize the factors that may cause the qualitative change of traditional Chinese medicine, and analyze the corresponding treatment methods. [Results] In the research of this group, the factors affecting the qualitative change of TCM include environmental factors such as temperature, humidity, air and sunlight, moth-eaten and the nature of Chinese medicine. Sunlight, humidity, air and other environmental factors caused by the quality of Chinese medicine significantly higher than other reasons. [Conclusion] The pharmacy managers should keep the warehouse dry, ventilated and clean, pay close attention to the changes of the external environment, timely adjust the indoor temperature and humidity, according to the nature of the medicinal material storage, special care can reduce the occurrence of the qualitative change of Chinese medicine.
