阴道炎并非一种独立的疾病,而是多种特异性和非特异性炎症的总称。妇女在一生中未曾患过阴道炎者极少,甚至有少数恶者炎症反复发作。阴道内固有菌一般是不致病的,但是阴道手术,局部创伤,分娩、流严、以及应用大量免疫抑制剂或抗生素的情况下,可转化为致病菌,这些致病菌,往往是盆腔感染的最常见病原。乳杆菌是阴道生理性细菌,是良好的生物屏障,我们应用乳杆菌溶液在一年半时间内,对50例非特异性阴道炎、50例滴虫性阴道炎、50例霉菌性阴道炎进行了治疗,并同时进行了菌群分析,结果表明,这三组阴道炎病人的阴道中,乳杆菌的平均浓度明显低于正常值,而肠杆菌、葡萄球菌和类杆菌明显增高,因此,阴道炎是由于菌群失调而引起的。乳杆菌是阴道中正常优势菌,对致病菌有抵抗作用对维持阴道微生态环境,保持健康状态是非常重要的。 Vaginitis is not an independent disease, but a general term for a variety of specific and nonspecific inflammation.
