随着近年经济体制的不断改革,我国的行政事业单位面临巨大挑战。但从行政事业单位的财务管理工作来看,仍存在财务管理意识淡薄、财务体系不健全、工作素质低等问题,阻碍我国行政事业单位发展。因此,需强化财务管理措施的研究力度,以提高财务管理能力。下面,本文从行政事业单位财务管理特点出发,总结行政事业单位财务管理问题和提升财务管理能力的策略。
With the continuous reform of the economic system in recent years, our country’s administrative institutions are facing enormous challenges. However, from the perspective of the financial management of administrative units, there are still some problems such as weak financial management awareness, inadequate financial system and low quality of work, hindering the development of administrative units in our country. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the research on financial management measures to improve the financial management ability. In the following, this article starts from the characteristics of financial management of administrative units, summarizes the financial management problems of administrative units and the strategy of enhancing the financial management ability.
