本文主要阐述了分级孔沸石材料的合成、表征及其催化应用的最新进展。基于分级孔的产生机制,系统地评述了分级孔沸石材料合成方法,包括水热处理、化学处理、酸浸法、碱浸法以及模板剂法,重点对模板剂合成法进行了分类阐述,进而对分级孔沸石材料的结构鉴定、织构性能、水热稳定性及酸性测定相关的表征方法进行了综述;最后结合实例说明了分级孔沸石材料在催化反应中的应用前景。
This paper mainly expounds the synthesis, characterization and latest progress of catalytic application of hierarchical pore zeolites. Based on the production mechanism of graded pores, the synthesis methods of graded pore zeolite materials were systematically reviewed, including hydrothermal treatment, chemical treatment, acid leaching method, alkali leaching method and template method. The synthesis of templating agent was emphasized. The structural identification, textural properties, hydrothermal stability and characterization of the graded pore zeolites were reviewed. Finally, the application prospect of the hierarchical pore zeolites in the catalytic reaction was illustrated with examples.
