为保证安全监测系统可靠、经济地运行及重大危险源的安全运转，研究了安全监测系统投资与有效度的关系，分析了确定最优安全投资的原则．给出了易燃易爆重大危险源安全监测系统最优固定安全投资的求法；导出了最优可变安全投资及与之相应的有效度的数学模型；探讨了最大有效度条件下的可变安全投资．所得结论对安全监测系统投资具有指导意义
