利用亲、疏水性不同的甲壳糖和聚硅氧烷,通过共混、交联制备出复合膜材。该材料湿态下拉伸强度最高达13.3MPa,此时断裂伸长率为98%;DSC分析结果表明在-40℃至190℃之间热稳定性好。结构形态测试证实该材料具有微相分离结构,微区大小在2μm~20μm之间。生物学评价证明该材料无热原反应,无皮肤剌激和皮内剌激。血液相容性测试结果显示,该材料复钙时间为120s,溶血率为1.0%,血小板粘附指数为1.60
The use of pro-and different hydrophobic chitosan and polysiloxane, by blending, cross-linked composite membrane. The tensile strength of the material in wet state is up to 13.3MPa, and the elongation at break is 98%. The DSC analysis shows that the thermal stability is good at -40 ℃ to 190 ℃. Structural morphology test confirmed that the material has a micro-phase separation structure, the size of the micro-area between 2μm ~ 20μm. Biological evaluation showed that the material pyrogen-free response, no skin irritation and intradermal irritation. Blood compatibility test results show that the material calcium re-entry time of 120s, hemolysis rate of 1.0%, platelet adhesion index of 1.60
