在毒性实验中观察到的生物学参数的变化可能是药物或毒物特殊作用的结果。另一方面,用化合物混合的饮食常常可影响食物消耗。此时,各种生物学参数的变化可能是减食后营养不良引起的结果。将化学物引起的特异变化和非特异变化加以区别是很重要的。本文研究的目的是确定限制食物对雄大鼠一般毒性参数的作用。
Changes in biological parameters observed in toxicity experiments may be the result of specific effects of drugs or poisons. On the other hand, diets mixed with compounds often can affect food consumption. At this point, changes in various biological parameters may be the result of malnutrition after eating less. It is important to distinguish between specific and non-specific changes caused by chemicals. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of food restriction on the general toxicity parameters in male rats.
