中西医结合治疗内耳性眩晕症41例的体会

内耳性眩晕症又称美尼尔氏综合征,系临床常见病之一。患者反复发作眩晕,伴恶心、呕吐,发作多,病程长者,可出现听力下降,此症影响病人的生活及工作,目前西医多为对症治疗,疗效欠满意,且复发率高。我科近几年来,根据祖国医学的经验,急则治其标,缓则治其本为基本原则,对该病采用中西医结合的方法进行治疗,取得了较为满意的效果,现报告如下:
