采用热氧化法,对Zn-Fe-C-O粉末直接加热,制备出了高产率的空心四针状ZnO纳米结构。扫描电镜(SEM)和X射线衍射(XRD)分析表明所合成的产物为结晶完好的ZnO纤锌矿结构,并基于八面体孪晶生长模型,对其生长机理进行了分析。
The Zn-Fe-C-O powder was directly heated by the thermal oxidation method to prepare hollow tetrahedra ZnO nanostructures with high yield. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis showed that the synthesized product was a well-crystallized ZnO wurtzite structure and its growth mechanism was analyzed based on the octahedral twins growth model.
