天津港集装箱泊位是我国最先新建的现代化集装箱泊位之一。随着国际贸易的日益增长,天津、上海、广州各港口都已相继建设集装箱泊位,有的已粗具规模,即将投产。为了及时总结经验以利于我国集装箱泊位的进一步发展,本刊特约请第一航务工程局付总工程师柴长清同志撰写此文,供各有关部门的领导同志和科技人员研究和参考,并希望展开讨论。
Tianjin Port Container Berth is one of the first newly built modern container berths in China. With the increasing international trade, container berths have been built in all the ports of Tianjin, Shanghai and Guangzhou. Some of them are already in large scale and will be put into operation soon. In order to summarize the experience in time to facilitate the further development of China’s container berths, we hereby request that Commander Chang Changqing, Chief Engineer of the First Air Navigation Engineering Bureau, to write this article for the study and reference of leading comrades and scientific and technical personnel of relevant departments and hope to start the discussion.
