《中药材》杂志1992年第1期刊登了“中药配方中缺味现象浅析”一文,更值得深思的是缺味滥补。笔者发现有些基层药房调剂人员在缺味的情况下,未经医生同意就随便补味的现象时有发失,现将增况归纳如下。一、缺味意补前几年一段时间,由于价格和它因,我地白术曾一度脱销。有的药房调剂人员见开有白术一药的处方,都用山药和苍术代之。问其因,美其名曰:白术具补脾燥湿之功,取山药补脾加苍术燥湿代之何而不行。殊不知,白术还具补气安胎之功,如一处方中医生用白术主取其补气安胎,用于胎动不
In the first issue of “Chinese Herbal Medicine” magazine published in 1992, “Analysis of Deficiency of Taste in Traditional Chinese Medicine Formulations”, it is more worthwhile to ponder over the lack of taste. The author found that some grass-roots pharmacy transfer personnel had problems in the case of lack of taste and had casually added taste without the doctor’s consent.
