今年5月22日,中央政治局会议审议通过了《中国共产党巡视工作条例(试行)》、《关于实行党政领导干部问责的暂行规定》、《国有企业领导人员廉洁从业若干规定》等三项法规。6月11日,中央政治局常委会议审议通过了《关于开展工程建设领域突出问题专项治理工作的意见》。最近,中共中央和中央办公厅、国务院办公厅印发了这四个文件,这是贯彻落实党的十七大精神、进一步加强反腐倡廉法规制度建设、完善惩治和预防腐败体系的重要举措。
On May 22 this year, the Political Bureau of the Central People’s Government examined and approved the Provisional Regulations on the Work of Inspection of the Chinese Communist Party (Trial), the Provisional Regulations on the Implementation of Accountability by Leading Cadres of the Party and the Government, and the Third Provisions on the Integrity of State-owned Enterprise Leaders Item regulations. On June 11, the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the Central People’s Government examined and adopted the Opinions on Special Governing Work on Outstanding Issues in Engineering Construction. Recently, the CPC Central Committee, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the General Office of the State Council issued these four documents. This is an important measure for implementing the spirit of the 17th National Congress of the CPC, further strengthening the building of a system of anti-corruption and advocating laws and regulations, and improving the system of punishing and preventing corruption.
