在毛主席革命路线指引下,深入开展“农业学大寨”的群众运动,河南省郏县广阔天地大有作为人民公社发生了深刻的变化,集体经济迅速发展,社员生活逐步提高。1975年粮食亩产量达到1,300斤,烟叶亩产量近500斤。规划与建设社会主义新农村的要求也越来越迫切。公社党委学习大寨“先治坡、后治窝”的经验,在制定1980年农业发展规划的基础上,确定了公社新村建设规划与社员、知识青年住宅的试点工作。
Under the guidance of Chairman Mao’s revolutionary route, the mass movement of “Agraculture Dazhai” was carried out in depth. The vast world of He County in Henan Province has undergone profound changes as a people’s communes, the rapid development of the collective economy, and the gradual improvement of the life of the members. In 1975, the grain yield per mu reached 1,300 kg, and the yield per mu was nearly 500 kg. The requirements for planning and building a new socialist countryside are also increasingly urgent. The party committee of the communes learned from Dazhai’s experience of “governing the river first and managing nests afterwards”. On the basis of the formulation of the 1980 agricultural development plan, the construction plan of the new village of the communes and the pilot work of the resident and knowledge youth residence were determined.
