采用自适应跟踪探头聚焦轨迹算法研究了自适应聚焦技术,通过控制三维精密工作台实现了弧型电触头钎焊界面的 C扫描超声检测。对于弧型表面,以往的超声 C扫描造成图象失真,影响检测可靠性和分辨率,产生误检。实验表明,采用自适应聚焦技术,检测准确,效果良好。
The self-adaptive focusing technology was studied by using the adaptive tracking probe focusing trajectory algorithm. The C-scan ultrasonic inspection of the arc-type electrical contact brazing interface was realized by controlling the three-dimensional precision workbench. For curved surfaces, previous ultrasound C-scan caused image distortion, affecting the detection reliability and resolution, resulting in false detection. Experiments show that the use of adaptive focusing technology, accurate detection, the effect is good.
