宁波市北仑区新石契街道芝兰社区在创建绿色社区的工作中发现,很多居民对“创绿”的热情不高,意识淡薄,认为“创绿”工作与己无关,仅是街道和社区的事。加之社区本身的基础设施比较薄弱,一段时间以来,社区的“创绿”工作一直没有什么起色。从2004年起,芝兰社区开始健全“创绿”工作的组织机制,充分发挥居民群众的主体作用,并且加强监督管理。3年来,社区居民在“创绿”活动的带动下,积极参与环保活动,使社区逐渐变成了温馨和谐的“绿色家园”。
In the work of creating a green community in Zhillan community in New Shizi Street, Beilun District, Ningbo, many residents found that their enthusiasm for “greening” is not high and their awareness is weak. They think that “greening” work has nothing to do with the mere Street and community things. Coupled with the relatively weak infrastructure in the community itself, there has been no improvement in the community’s “green” work for some time. Since 2004, the Zhilan community began to improve the organizational mechanism of “greening” work, giving full play to the role of residents as the mainstay and strengthening supervision and management. In the past three years, under the initiative of “Creating Green ”, community residents have actively participated in environmental protection activities and gradually transformed the community into a warm and harmonious “green home ”.
