目的:检测正常子宫内膜、子宫内膜腺癌组织中Fkn蛋白的表达情况,探讨子宫内膜组织内炎性因子Fkn的表达差异及临床意义。方法:采用免疫组化PV法分别检测60例正常子宫内膜、63例子宫内膜癌组织中Fkn蛋白的表达情况。结果:正常分泌期子宫内膜Fkn阳性表达和过阳性表达均高于增生期内膜,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);子宫内膜腺癌G1组Fkn阳性表达与G2+G3组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);子宫内膜腺癌组织Fkn阳性表达和过阳性表达均比正常子宫内膜减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:Fractalkine(Fkn)参与选择性白细胞的趋化、迁徙、归巢,其在子宫内膜炎症的发生、抗肿瘤免疫反应中起重要作用,可能是子宫内膜恶性转化的一个相关因素。
Objective: To detect the expression of Fkn protein in normal endometrium and endometrial adenocarcinoma, and to explore the difference and clinical significance of Fkn expression in endometrial tissue. Methods: Immunohistochemical PV method was used to detect the expression of Fkn protein in 60 cases of normal endometrium and 63 cases of endometrial carcinoma. Results: The positive expression and positive expression of Fkn in normal secretory phase were higher than that in proliferative endometrium, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The positive expression of Fkn in G1 group was significantly lower than that in G2 + G3 group There was no statistical significance (P> 0.05). The expression of Fkn positive and overexpression in endometrial adenocarcinoma was significantly lower than that in normal endometrium (P <0.05). Conclusion: Fractalkine (Fkn) is involved in the chemotaxis, migration and homing of selective leukocytes. It plays an important role in the development of endometrial inflammation and anti-tumor immune response, and may be a related factor of malignant transformation of endometrium.
