培养基的组成、营养物的浓度,通气搅拌和发酵温度等发酵条件对抗菌素合成有很大意义。本文目的说明在四圜素生产中使用较富营养的玉米培养基可以提高培养液的活动性。实验所用试验菌株为Act.Aureofacieus ЛС—Б16。在容量为10立方米并附有200—240转/分的双层涡轮搅拌器及挡板的设备中进行发酵,发酵温度为26—28℃,通气量在最初16小时为0.5—0.6体积/培养基体积,以后为1.0体积/培养基体积。接种菌丝量为培养基容积的4%。接种时加入硫氰酸茮酯的油溶液1微克/毫升。根据营养物依次逐渐丰富的Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ四种培养基作了比较试验,结果Ⅰ号培养基的培养液活动性为900微克/毫升,Ⅱ号培养基为1460微克/毫升,Ⅲ号为1625微克/毫
