近年来,我国企业逐渐实现了向现代企业的转型,在企业流程、部门设计、管理方法等各个方面均获得了完善。经细致分析可以发现,转型过程多以国外大型、成熟、典型企业为主,模式化引入后并不能起到提升企业效益的目的;这是由于转变了企业形式,却未能学习其现代化的公司治理理念与内在精神。本文就从公司治理理念的角度,展开针对提高企业管理效率方法的解析与相关问题进行探讨。
In recent years, the enterprises in our country have gradually realized the transformation to the modern enterprise, and have been perfected in all aspects of business process, department design and management methods. After careful analysis, we can see that the transition process is dominated by large, mature and typical foreign enterprises. The introduction of the moderation can not serve the purpose of enhancing the efficiency of enterprises. This is due to the change of the enterprise form, but it has not been able to learn from its modernized companies Governance philosophy and inner spirit. In this paper, from the perspective of corporate governance concepts, analysis of the methods to improve the efficiency of business management and related issues are discussed.
