企业管理中政工成为构建企业员工思想政治堡垒的重要职能部门,对提升企业文化和凝聚企业思想,树立企业员工正确思想价值观念,充分调动广大企业职工工作积极性具有巨大作用。本文通过分析企业思想政治工作推动现状以及企业政工智能部门现状,重新认识企业政工工作对企业思想政治推动的意义,分析了政工对企业思想政治推动的重要作用,探讨了企业政治思想工作建设过程中政工系统的构建方式和全新模式,为政工部门进一步推动企业思想政治工作提供了有益的参考。
Political work in enterprise management has become an important functional department for building the ideological and political fortress for employees.
