2006年4月6日,由北京市发展和改革委员会、顺义区人民政府主办,投资北京国际有限公司全面策划并与瑞士商会、英国商会共同组织实施的“顺义投资环境推介会”在顺义宾馆隆重举行。本次推介会的宗旨是为向外商宣传北京市“十一五”规划,推介“十一五”规划中蕴藏的市场商机,广泛吸引境外投资投入北京市经济建设,为外商了解北京、投资北京搭建便捷平台,促进项目与资金的对接。推介会采取投资环境说明、项目和商机推介、交流洽谈、现场踏勘等形式全方位、多角度地向外商介绍、宣传、推介了投资机会。各界共一百余人出席了会议。
