戴凌云 1963年生于甘肃,1987年毕业于上海师大美术系油画专业。甘肃美术家协会理事、油画艺委会委员。曾任教于宁夏教育学院美术系,现任职于兰州晨报社。作品多次参加全国及省内大展并获奖
Dai Lingyun was born in Gansu in 1963 and graduated from the Oil Painting Department of Shanghai Normal University in 1987. Gansu Artists Association, Oil Painting Arts Commission. He taught at Ningxia Institute of Education Art Department, now working in Lanzhou Morning News. Works repeatedly participated in the national and provincial exhibitions and awards
