采用热态模拟方法,研究连退炉辐射管加热燃烧工艺对辐射管壁面温度均匀性的影响。结果表明,采用过氧燃烧控制工艺及烟气回流技术,可提高辐射管内烟气充满度,冲淡火焰高温集中区域,减少NO_x生成量,增强对流传热,辐射管壁面温差在114~142℃之间。
The thermal simulation method was used to study the effect of heating and combustion process of radiant tube on the temperature uniformity of radiant tube wall. The results show that using the oxycombustion control technology and the flue gas backflow technology can increase the flue gas fullness in the radiant tube, dilute the concentration area of the flame high temperature, reduce the generation of NO x, and enhance the convective heat transfer.
