为配合机械工程师进修大学学员的学习,本刊从1985年创刊起,便开辟了“机械工程师进修大学”专栏,至1988年四年共发稿25篇,对机械工程师进修大学做了全面介绍与宣传:积极配合学员的学习进行辅导,有力地推动了读者的知识更新,深受广大学员的欢迎。为了配合我国继续教育工作的开展,贯彻技术人员继续教育证书制度,本刊今后将继续开设这一栏目。这一期我们特邀黑龙江机械电子工程师进修大学常务副校长于江林同志,谈谈办学的经验与贯彻专业技术人员继续教育证书制度的做法。我们希望各方面领导和广大学员,对如何办好此栏提出批评与建议,并涌跃投稿,共同把这一栏目办好。
In order to cooperate with the mechanical engineers to study university students, we published the column of “Mechanical Engineering College” from 1985 and published 25 articles in four years until 1988, and gave a comprehensive introduction and propaganda to the Mechanical Engineering College : Actively cooperate with the students’ learning guidance, effectively promoted the reader’s knowledge update, welcomed by the majority of students. In order to cooperate with the continuing education in our country and carry out the certificate of continuing education for technical staff, we will continue to open this section in the future. In this issue, we invited Comrade Yu Jianglin, Executive Vice President of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering College of Heilongjiang, to talk about the experience of running a school and the practice of carrying out the system of continuing education of professional and technical personnel. We hope that leaders and students from all walks of life will make criticisms and suggestions on how to do this well and will pour in more articles to jointly manage this section.
