Determining gestational age using B-ultrasound and the last menstruation (LMP) will raise the biochemical screening rate for Down Syndrome (DS) to 9%, but in fact there is no difference in head-to-hip distance (CRL) between DS and normal pregnancy. B-week 12 weeks according to the CRL to determine gestational age, and then according to biparietal diameter (BPD) to determine. The importance of biochemical screening during early pregnancy (within 3 months) is to determine the association of DS with CRL in other nonploidy pregnancies. This study compared the use of menstrual history to determine gestational age and thus infer the early pregnancy CRL to screen for non-ploidy. Screening is in pregnant women
