长期以来,随着工业化、城市化进程的加快,与粮食安全、生态安全、经济安全、社会稳定息息相关的耕地资源的作用越来越明显,耕地保护越来越受到人们的重视。本文结合鄢陵县耕地资源的利用现状,分析鄢陵县耕地资源利用中的时间和空间变化特征,并进一步提出促进建设用地的节约集约化程度,加强土地整理,注重耕地资源生产能力保护等,并以二次土地调查资料和统计资料为基础,对鄢陵县土地资源的数量和现状进行了分析与展望。
For a long time, with the acceleration of industrialization and urbanization, the role of arable land resources closely related to food security, ecological security, economic security and social stability has become more and more obvious. As a result, cultivated land protection has drawn more and more attention. Based on the current situation of cultivated land use in Yanling County, this paper analyzes the temporal and spatial characteristics of cultivated land use in Yanling County, and further puts forward some suggestions to promote the intensive conservation of construction land, strengthen the land consolidation and pay attention to the protection of the productive capacity of cultivated land. Secondary land survey data and statistical data, based on the analysis of the number and status quo of the land resources in Yanling County.
