用毛细管区带电泳间接紫外检测法分离测定6种甲基膦酸单酯。以苯基膦酸为紫外添加剂,检测波长为 210 nm。优化后缓冲溶液组成为:200 mmol/L硼酸-5 mmol/L苯基膦酸-0.10 mmol/L DDAB-0.20%Triton X-100(pH 3.55)。毛细管规格为70 cm x 75 μm i.d。以KH2nPO4为内标定量,在1~30mg/L浓度范围内6种甲基膦酸单酯标准回归曲线线性关系良好(r>0.9989),检测限为0.25~0.5mg/L。总分析时间在14 min以内。
Six kinds of methylphosphonic acid monoesters were separated and determined by capillary zone electrophoresis with indirect UV detection. Phenylphosphonic acid as UV additive, detection wavelength of 210 nm. The optimized buffer solution consisted of 200 mmol / L boric acid - 5 mmol / L phenylphosphonic acid - 0.10 mmol / L DDAB - 0.20% Triton X-100 (pH 3.55). Capillary specifications are 70 cm x 75 μm i. d. KH2nPO4 was used as internal standard to quantify the standard curve of 6 methylphosphonic acid monoesters with good linearity (r> 0.9989) within the range of 1 ~ 30mg / L with the detection limit of 0.25 ~ 0.5mg / L . The total analysis time is within 14 min.
