1 商丘市水资源及评价1.1 本地水资源商丘市本地地表水资源直接来自大气降雨,多年平均降雨量为740.6mm,主要集中在6～9月份,降雨量占全年的65.60%,非汛期3～5月份占全年的19.47%,10月至次年二月占全年的14.93%,个别月份甚至无雨。地处黄河故道,大部分河流发源于本市,集水面积小,有些小河流甚至常年河干,全市多年平均径流深84.0mm,相当于多年平均降雨量的11.4%,全市多年平均地表水资源9.07亿m~3。

The average runoff depth of the whole city is 84.0mm, equivalent to 11.4% of the average annual rainfall. The city’s average surface water resources 907 million m ~ 3.
