肥大性骨关节病是一种病因尚不明确的临床综合征,国内报告病例不多,且鲜见伴有先天性心脏病的病例。现将我们遇到的均伴有心脏病的2例报告如下:病例1:男,16岁,农民,回族,固原县籍,住院号18037。于1966年7月27日因指、趾肿大16年、两踝关节肿痛2年余住院。于出生后3个月其父母即发现患者指趾逐渐肿大、变粗,不痛,活动不受限。8岁时多汗,手足常湿如水洗。14岁时发生两踝关节痛,夜间及晴天时疼痛加剧,三个月后局部进行性肿胀,不红,二膝、髋关节亦时感
