目的:探讨康复期住院精神病患者心理冲突的原因,提出有效的护理对策。方法:采用自行设计的心理冲突原因分析调查表,对医院2013年2月~2015年2月收治的580例康复期住院精神病患者进行调查,根据调查结果对患者的心理冲突原因进行分析。结果:康复期住院精神病患者在家人关心、饮食、出院要求及医院管理等方面存在着明显的心理冲突,各种冲突所占比例明显不同。其中认为出院要求得不到满足、住院期间缺少自由所占比例最高,分别为74.73%和68.78%。结论:康复期住院精神病患者存在较多的心理冲突,需要护理人员更加重视其心理需求,为患者提供人性化的护理服务。
Objective: To explore the causes of psychological conflicts in inpatients with convalescent inpatients and to put forward effective nursing countermeasures. Methods: A self-designed psychological conflict analysis questionnaire was used to investigate 580 patients with convalescent inpatient mental illness admitted to the hospital from February 2013 to February 2015. The causes of psychological conflict were analyzed according to the survey results. Results: There was a clear psychological conflict between family members with mental illness in rehabilitation and family care, diet, discharge requirements and hospital management. The proportions of various conflicts were significantly different. Among them, they considered that the discharge requirements were not met, and the proportion of patients who lacked freedom during hospitalization was the highest, accounting for 74.73% and 68.78% respectively. Conclusion: There are more psychological conflicts in patients with convalescent inpatient psychiatry. Nurses need to pay more attention to their psychological needs and provide humanized nursing services to patients.
