本文介绍了高Q微波介质陶瓷材料D_3的研制结果。较详细地叙述了该材料样品制备过程中各种工艺的选择及控制方法。并列出用这种工艺制备的微波介质陶瓷材料D_3的微波性能和测试方法。通过本文列举的利用D_3材料制成的10.5GHz介质谐振器滤波器和8.2GHz介质谐振器振荡器的性能指标,说明该材料在X波段、K波段制作介质谐振器振荡器、介质谐振器滤波器等方面将被广泛地采用。
This article describes the development of high-Q microwave dielectric ceramic material D_3. Described in more detail in the preparation of the material samples of various process selection and control methods. And lists the microwave dielectric ceramic material D_3 prepared by this process microwave performance and test methods. Through the performance index of 10.5GHz dielectric resonator filter and 8.2GHz dielectric resonator oscillator made of D_3 material listed in this paper, it shows that this material makes dielectric resonator oscillator, dielectric resonator filter in X band and K band, Etc. will be widely used.
