Objective: To investigate the plasma fatty acid composition and content in patients with essential hypertension. Methods: (1) The experiment was divided into 2 groups, normal control group selected 60 cases of normal healthy. In the hypertensive group, 56 cases of simple essential hypertension were selected. The plasma fatty acids were extracted by Morrison method and the fatty acids were analyzed by gas chromatography. The weight percentage of each component was calculated. Results: The results of plasma fatty acid test showed that there was significant difference between hypertensive group and normal control group (P <0.05) (1): The plasma total fatty acid (SFA) increased in hypertensive group, and SFA increased significantly in hypertensive group as myristic acid, Acid and stearic acid. (2) Monounsaturated fatty acid (MUFA): The trans-oleic acid in hypertensive group was significantly higher than that in normal control group. (3) Polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA): ① total PUFA decreased significantly in hypertension group; ②n-6PUFA: hypertension group linoleic acid, γ-linolenic acid, arachidonic acid, Acid and eicosatrienoic acid were lower than the normal control group, especially the docosahexaenoic acid decreased more significantly; ③ n-3PUFA: hypertension group α-linolenic acid, eicosapentaenoic acid and two Docosahexaenoic acid were significantly reduced (all P <0.05). CONCLUSION: In patients with essential hypertension, not only myristic acid, palmitic acid, stearic acid and trans-oleic acid are significantly increased in patients with essential hypertension, but oleic acid, linoleic acid, α-linolenic acid and eicosapentaenoic acid And docosahexaenoic acid were significantly lower than normal, Y-linolenic acid, arachidonic acid, eicosatrienoic acid, docosahexaenoic acid and docosapentaenoic acid than normal Obvious lack of people.
