当前,就业形势严峻,就业市场低靡,许多人把它归咎于经济状况不佳,人浮于事,缺乏就业岗位,缺少就业机会。这种观点不无道理,但也并不尽然,如果按照市场经济的规律去认识这问题,便不难发现:有需求就会有市场。当前的社会就业远远没有满足市场需求,我们的就业市场还存在许多未被真正开发或有效开发的区域。我们还缺乏寻找需求、发现岗位、开拓市场的观念
