截止至2005年,陕西省将建成覆盖省、地、县三级卫生系统的网络通讯系统,加上已建成的卫生防疫信息网,陕西省卫生信息网络将分阶段覆盖全省卫生系统的各个领域,包括医疗科研、公共卫生、卫生监督、妇幼卫生、医学教育等等。届时,陕西省将实现三级卫生系统网络的互联、一网多用、资源共享。在整个大西部区域,陕西省的卫生信息化建设不算缓慢,尤其是陕西关中地区的西安、宝鸡,其卫生系统信息化程度远高于陕南、陕北。早在1997年,医疗卫生信息系统工程就被列为对国民经济和社会发展有重大作用的陕西全省20项信息技术应用工程之一,1998年6月,省卫生厅组织成立了“陕西省卫生厅信息化领导小组”。“九五”期间,卫生领域信息技术应用发展迅速,西安、宝鸡辖区内地、县卫生统计信息计算机已全部实现点对点互联,其他地市的点对点互联率也在95%以上。

The level of information in the health system is much higher than that in southern Shaanxi and northern Shaanxi. As early as 1997, the medical and health information system project was listed as one of the 20 information technology application projects in Shaanxi Province that played a major role in the national economy and social development. In June 1998, the provincial Health Department organized the “Shaanxi Province. Health Department Informationization Leading Group. During the “Ninth Five-Year Plan” period, the application of information technology in the health field developed rapidly. The health and statistics information computers in the districts and counties in Xi’an and Baoji have all achieved point-to-point interconnection. The point-to-point interconnection rate of other cities is also above 95%.
