中国农产品资本化的成因,即农产品“蛛网周期”效应下,全球量化宽松时代,粮食作为“白金”已经成为继主权货币、黑金(石油)等新的泛货币化的价值符号。其负效应是粮食在某种程度上实现了从商品属性向商品属性和金融属性双重并重的转换,粮食安全本质上已转变为“贸易—金融”型的“价格安全”模式。中国应对之策是规范和完善农产品期货和现货市场、平衡农产品消费属性和资本属性、加强农产品资本化下价格管理等。
