对W-Mo-Dy表面高速钢试样分别进行了1000、1050、1100℃淬火和550℃×1 h×3次回火,并在20、100、200、300、400、500℃和载荷5N下进行了高温摩擦性能试验。结果表明:在1000、1050、1100℃淬火后的试样在500℃磨损试验的平均摩擦系数分别为:0.15、0.1、0.09;在1050℃淬火的W-Mo-Dy表面稀土高速钢的高温耐磨性最佳,当磨损试验温度为400、500℃时,其磨损量分别是1000℃淬火试样的0.72、0.48倍,是1100℃淬火试样的0.35、0.47倍。
The W-Mo-Dy surface HSS samples were quenched at 1000, 1050 and 1100 ℃ and tempered at 550 ℃ × 1 h × 3 times, respectively. The specimens were tempered at 20, 100, 200, 300, 400 and 500 ℃ High-temperature friction performance test. The results show that the average friction coefficient of the samples hardened at 1000 ℃, 1050 ℃ and 1100 ℃ at 500 ℃ are 0.15, 0.1, 0.09, respectively. The high temperature resistance of W-Mo-Dy rare earth HSS quenched at 1050 ℃ When the wear test temperature is 400,500 ℃, the wear amount is 0.72,0.48 times that of the quenched sample at 1000 ℃ and 0.35,0.47 times that of the quenched sample at 1100 ℃.
