针对高职汽车整形技术专业《汽车车身修复技术》课程教学与实际岗位需求差异大的现状,结合企业岗位需求,设计了以事故车维修流程为教学载体的项目式教学方案。教学改革的效果表明:基于工作过程的车身修复课程改革,更加注重高端技能型人才的培养,提高了学生的综合职业能力。
In view of the current situation that there is big difference in demand between the teaching of auto body repair technology and the actual post of auto body shaping technology specialty in vocational auto industry and the requirement of enterprise post, a project-based teaching plan based on accident vehicle maintenance process is designed. The effect of teaching reform shows that the reform of the body repair curriculum based on the work process pays more attention to the training of high-end skilled personnel and improves the students’ comprehensive professional ability.
