目的:观察益气消癥法方药含药血清对鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜(CAM)血管新生的影响。方法:实验分正常空白血清组(空白血清组)、西药米非司酮组(RU486组)、中药高中低剂量组(中药高剂量组、中药中剂量组、中药低剂量组)、17β-Estradiol组(E2组)、ICI 182,780组(ICI组)、E2+ICI组、中药高中低剂量+E2组。取7日龄鸡胚制成CAM模型。各组加入药液后继续孵育72h。解剖显微镜下放大10倍,计数各组滤纸片周围一二级血管数。结果:中药高剂量组一二级血管数明显低于空白血清组,差异有显著性(P<0.01);中药中剂量组二级血管数低于空白血清组,差异有显著性(P<0.01),但中药中剂量组二级血管数高于中药高剂量组,差异有显著性(P<0.05);中药中剂量组二级血管数和中药低剂量组一二级血管数与空白血清组相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。E2+中药高剂量组一二级血管数低于E2组,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。E2+中药中剂量组和E2+中药低剂量组一二级血管数与E2组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:益气消癥法方药含药血清对CAM血管新生有抑制作用,并且中药含药血清有抑制雌激素促血管增殖的作用。
Objective: To observe the effect of Yiqi Xiaozhengfang medicine-containing serum on angiogenesis in chick chorioallantoic membrane (CAM). E2 + Chinese medicine high-dose group of blood vessels in the first and second grade E2 group, the difference was significant (P <0.01). There was no significant difference in the number of primary and secondary blood vessels in E2 + middle dose group and E2 + TCM low dose group compared with E2 group (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Yiqi Xiaozhengfang medicine-containing serum can inhibit CAM angiogenesis, and Chinese medicine-containing serum can inhibit estrogen-induced proliferation of blood vessels.
