情商是一个人对自我情感世界的理解以及情绪控制的能力。这是一种自我驱动自我鞭策的能力。本文从中等技工学校语文教学中进行情感商数培养的作用及意义进行入手分析,探讨了在语文教学中培养学生情感商数的方法。
Emotional intelligence is one’s ability to understand one’s own emotional world and to control emotions. This is a self-motivated self-motivated ability. This article analyzes the function and significance of emotional quotient training in Chinese teaching in secondary technical schools and explores the ways to cultivate students’ emotional quotient in Chinese teaching.
