随着我国经济的蓬勃发展,全额拨款事业单位的规模越来越大,资产规模也随之扩大,并且在国有资产中占据越来越大的份额,使得国家对此高度重视。要对全额拨款的事业单位进行资产管理,不仅仅是深化改革的需要,还是政府采购的必然趋势,它对构建我国社会主义和谐社会发挥着重要作用,其在我国的重要地位不可动摇。但是,在资产管理过程中仍然存在着很多的问题需要解决,本文就固定资产管理过程中出现的问题进行分析及制定解决方案。
With the vigorous development of our economy, the state has attached great importance to the fact that the fully-funded institutions are getting larger and larger, the scale of their assets is also expanding, and their occupying an increasingly larger share of state-owned assets. To manage the assets of fully-funded public institutions is not only the need of deepening the reform, but also the inevitable trend of government procurement. It plays an important role in building a harmonious socialist society in our country. Its important position in our country can not be shaken. However, there are still many problems to be solved in the process of asset management. This article analyzes the problems in the process of fixed assets management and formulates solutions.
