插齿刀工作时的产形齿轮齿廓是切削刃在端面上的投影,由于前后角的影响,这个投影不是渐开线,故被切齿轮便产生了齿形误差。误差值随前后角的增大而增大;误差方向随前角的正负而改变。硬质合金插齿刀是用于精切硬齿面齿轮的刀具,对刀具的精度要求较高,其前后角也较大(据切削性能要求,法向侧后角为3°30′,前角不小于-5°),现行的刀具设计方法和制造工艺不能满足切齿精度的需要,本文针对上述问题介绍一种刀具齿形修正方法。
The shape gear tooth profile when the gear shaper is working is the projection of the cutting edge on the end face. The error value increases with the increase of front and back angles; the error direction changes with the positive or negative of the rake angle. Carbide shaper cutter is used for cutting fine hardened gear, requiring high accuracy of the cutter, its front and back corners are also larger (according to the cutting performance requirements, the normal side clearance angle of 3 ° 30 ’, before Angle of not less than -5 °), the current tool design method and manufacturing process can not meet the need of cutting accuracy. In this paper, a method for correcting tooth shape is introduced in view of the above problems.
