目的观察清肠愈疡汤灌肠联合美沙拉嗪缓释颗粒口服治疗溃疡性结肠炎的疗效。方法选取医院收治的溃疡性结肠炎患者100例为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。对照组口服美沙拉嗪缓释颗粒,观察组在对照组基础上加用中药清肠愈疡汤灌肠半个月。观察2组治疗效果、不良反应情况及结肠镜积分。结果1个月后复查肠镜,观察组总有效率为96.0%,显著高于对照组的76.0%(P<0.01)。2组患者均未出现不良反应情况。治疗后,观察组结肠镜积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论清肠愈疡汤灌肠联合美沙拉嗪缓释颗粒口服治疗溃疡性结肠炎的疗效显著,可有效改善患者的临床症状,用药也相对安全,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the curative effect of Qingchang Yuyang Decoction combined with mesalazine sustained release granules on ulcerative colitis. Methods A total of 100 patients with ulcerative colitis admitted to hospital were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into observation group and control group with 50 cases in each group. Control group oral mesalazine sustained-release particles, the observation group in the control group based on the use of traditional Chinese medicine Qingchang Yuyang soup enema for half a month. Two groups were observed the treatment effect, adverse reactions and colonoscopy score. Results One month after the review of colonoscopy, the total effective rate was 96.0% in the observation group, which was significantly higher than 76.0% in the control group (P <0.01). Adverse reactions were not observed in both groups. After treatment, the score of colonoscopy in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, with significant difference (P <0.05). Conclusion Qingchang Yuyang Decoction combined with mesalazine sustained-release granule oral treatment of ulcerative colitis significant effect, which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients, medication is relatively safe and worthy of clinical application.
