通过对目前袋式除尘器的调研与分析,将除尘器结构进行重新设计,采用上进风顺流横插扁袋的内部结构。利用流体动力学软件Fluent,在不同入口速度条件下,通过滤袋间隙速度的测定以及引入气流均匀性分布评价的RMS标准,得出了在速度为9 m/s时具有较优的气流分布和合理的滤袋间隙速度。另外,并在此入口速度基础上分析了滤袋区域流量分配系数,结果表明B区域滤袋处理气流量较多。
Through the research and analysis of the current baghouse, the structure of the precipitator is redesigned, and the internal structure of the flat bag is inserted transversely along the upwind wind.
